Adolfo Aristarain (born October 19 1943 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine film director. After leaving Argentina in the Aristarain started working as asistant director in the Arcente cinema, and then in Europe during his short exile for Mario Camus, Giorgio Stegani and Lewis Gilbert before returning to Argentina in 1974. His first 3 films did not receive a good critic, but in 1981 with "Tiempo de revancha" which was prised both by the critic and the audience. Wikipedia
