Al Horning (born Edward Allan Horning 11 June 1939 in Regina, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian politician. His career included real estate, shipping, business and orchards. In 1980, Horning became an alderman for Kelowna's city council, where he remained until 1988. He was elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the 1988 federal election at the Okanagan Centre electoral district for the Progressive Conservative party. Wikipedia
