Alan N. Cohen (b. December 19 1930, Passaic, New Jersey - d. August 10 2004, Boca Raton, Florida) was the former co-owner of the Boston Celtics and the New Jersey Nets, and chairman and CEO of the Madison Square Garden Corporation, owner of the New York Knicks and the New York Rangers.
