Alex Bueno is a Dominican singer and guitarist. He moved from his native San Jose de las Matas to Santo Domingo when he was a teenager, looking for a better chance to get involved in show business. In 1979, the young artist joined Gerardo Vera's All-Stars, later recording a local hit called "Piel Canela" with Fernando Villalona. In 1982, Alex Bueno formed a tropical act called Orquesta Liberacion, singing along with Andres de Jesus. Wikipedia
