Alice Jane Evans (born August 2, 1971) is an actress, with a career in film and television in France, the UK, and Hollywood. She is perhaps most widely recognised from her role as Chloe Simon in 102 Dalmations, where she met her long-time fiancee, Welsh actor Ioan Gruffudd. Evans, the daughter of educators, was born in the Summit, New Jersey, USA and grew up in Bristol. She graduated from University College London after receiving a 2.1 in French and Italian. Wikipedia
