Allison Wagner (born July 21, 1977) was a former American medley swimmer, who won the silver medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in the 400m individual medley. She was also named as the American Swimmer of the Year by Swimming World magazine in 1994. Wagner won gold and silver respectively in the 200m and 400m individual medley at the 1993 FINA Short Course World Championships in Spain. Her time in the 200m medley is still standing as the world record in that event. Wikipedia
