Allison joined Next Generation in 2002. Before taking on the role of Assistant Director of Preschool in Westborough she was a Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher, as well as the Preschool Program Manager. Allison was promoted to Co-Director in Natick in 2006 after completing NGCC’s Director in Training Program. Before coming to Next Generation, Allison spent many years working in infant, toddler and preschool programs in different child care centers. ngccenters
