Amy Hill (born May 9, 1953 in Deadwood, South Dakota) is a Japanese-Finnish-American actress who is most known for her roles as Mrs. DePaulo in "That's So Raven", the babysitter Mrs. Kwan in "The Cat in the Hat", and the voice of Jasmine Lee (aka "Ah-Mah") on "The Life and Times of Juniper Lee".
