Amy Jaffe / Office Manager joined the Peak Form Physical Therapy staff in April 2006 after staying at home the last ten years to raise her son and daughter. She has worked many years in the medical community and obtained a B.A. in psychology from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. Amy has always dabbled in health and taught aerobics locally for fifteen years. Additionally, she has also worked in retail since being raised in the family business. peakformpt
