Anders develops Web-based and GUI applications and provides programming and technology support for CCNMTL, specializing in Python, Perl, XML, XSLT, GNU /Linux, and database design. He is a graduate of Columbia University, where he received his B.S. in Computer Engineering. He also holds a B.S. in Engineering from Bates College and studied Chinese at the University of Nanjing.
