André Belzile Mr. Belzile has been the Senior Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Affairs of Jean Coutu Group since May 2004. Prior to serving in this position, from 1992 until May 2004 he served as Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Cascades Inc., a producer and marketer of packaging products.
