Mr Wittkowsky joined the EU Pillar in 2001 as an Economic Policy Advisor. He took over the newly established Political and Legal Office in August 2003 and the Economic Policy Office in February 2005. In October 2006, he was appointed Deputy Head of the EU Pillar. euinkosovo.org
