Andrei Lipanov (Saint Petersburg, 12 april 1976) is a Russian ice skater. Lipanov was born in Saint Petersburg and began to skate when he was a young child. In 1982 he won bronze medals at international tournaments in Russia and Korea. In 1984 during the Winter Games he won the junior title in Russia. With his skating partner and wife Suzana Lipanova he won the National title pair skating four times. Solo he reached fourth place in 1992 at the European Championships. Wikipedia
