Andrew Graham (born June 20, 1942 in Perranporth, Cornwall) is an academic and Master of Balliol College, Oxford. Graham graduated from Oxford University in 1964. He was economic adviser to Harold Wilson, Prime Minister 1967-69 and 1974-76 and later economic advisor to the Leader of the Labour Party, John Smith.
