Andrew Keegan (born January 29, 1979 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. Keegan is best known for his roles in films such as "10 Things I Hate about You" (1999), "The Broken Hearts Club" (2000) and "O" (2001). He is also known for his recurring roles on That 70's show and in the movie Troy television series "Party of Five" (from 1997 to 1998), and as Wilson West on "7th Heaven" from 1997 to 2004. Wikipedia
