I think I'd describe myself as a happy, open and friendly individual who enjoys the company of interesting open minded people as well as time in quiet contemplation or reading a good book. Normally passive and relaxed in everyday life, if I lose my temper you'll know it's because you've really fu*ked up. The exception to this is if it's a competition, be it rugby, soccer, monopoly, marbles or tiddlywinks I'd rather fight to the death than lose....
