Arbi Barayev [Alternate spellings Arabi and Baraev] (born 1973, died July 2001), also known as "The Terminator", was a Chechen warlord and renegade leader of Special Purpose Islamic Regiment, a militant Chechen rebel group. Barayev is believed to have ordered the executions of three Britons and a New Zealander, kidnapped in 1998, and was reported to have boasted that he had personally killed 170 people. Wikipedia
