Arnold Nipper is in the Internet industry since 1989. After being research associate at the Computer Science Department of University Karlsruhe he was Technical Director at Xlink and KPNQwest. Since 2001 he serves as technical director of DE-CIX, one of the largest Internet Exchanges in the world. Arnold Nipper was also involved in establishing RIPE, DeNIC (German Internet Registry) and DE-CIX. He holds an degree in mathematics from University of Mannheim. ispa.org.za
