Arvind Dave (born May 1 1940) is the former Governor of three states in India. He was the governor of Arunachal Pradesh from 1999 to 2003, of Assam briefly during 2003, and of Manipur, from 2003 until August 6 2004.He hails from Udaipur in Rajasthan.
