Barry Dancer is a former field hockey player from Australia, who competed in 48 international matches for Australia between 1973 and 1979. His highlights were winning the silver medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montréal, and bronze at the Hockey World Cup in Buenos Aires, 1978. Afteer his active career he became a hockey coach. Dancer was appointed Head Coach of The Kookaburras and the Australian Institute of Sport Men's Hockey Unit in 2001. Wikipedia
