Basil Bourque is the co-founder and managing director of Roundstone Advisors, LLC. In 1986, Bourque established one of the first market making and arbitrage operations in the futures contract for the Commodity Research Bureau (CRB) Index, and later became a member of the committee that instituted changes to the CRB Index in 1992 and 1995.
