Giovanni Battista "Pinin" Farina (later Battista Pininfarina) (November 2, 1893 - April 3, 1966) was the founder of the Carrozzeria Pininfarina coachbuilding company, a name forever associated with many of the best-known postwar sports cars (especially Ferraris).
