Ben Austin Blair (born 26 March 1979 in Westport, New Zealand) is a rugby union footballer who plays at a full-back for the Cardiff Blues and the All Blacks. He scored 37 points on debut for the All Blacks (including three tries) against Ireland A at Ravenhill in Belfast in 2001, But this was not a test match so wasn't capped.
