Ben Fouhy (born 4 March, 1979, Taumarunui) is New Zealand's top flatwater canoer. In 2003 he became individual kayak (K1) 1000m world champion at Gainesville, USA. This was the first time a New Zealander had won canoeing's blue riband event since their heyday of the 1980's. He won a silver medal in the K1 1000m at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
