Benjamin Franklin James (August 1, 1885-January 26, 1961) was a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. Benjamin F. James was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He extensively studied in graphic arts. In 1910 he moved to Radnor Township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
