Bernard William George Rose, DMus (May 9, 1916, Hertfordshire - November 21, 1996), was variously a student at the Royal College of Music, organist, soldier, and composer. A graduate of St Catharine's College, Cambridge, he started his academic career at Queen's College, Oxford, before being appointed Informator Choristarum (organist and choir-master) at Magdalen College.
