Big City Bob is the nickname of Creative Writer, Independent Recording Artist and Entertainer Bobby Rivers, born Roberto Glen Alicea in Green Bay to Cruz Rivera Alicea of Puerto Rico and Sandra Jean Peters of Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a child attending St. Paul Lutheran in Green Bay, WI he was was a huge fan of the rock band KISS.
