Bill Kehaly is General Manager of Axion, LLC and the Team Leader of Axion Racing. Per the DARPA rules the Team Leader is the eligible entity responsible for a team; and is the entity that will receive the prize if its team wins the DARPA places, or shows at the 2007 Urban Challenge.. Bill graduated from California State University, Stanislaus where he was a Student Body President.
