Bob Cowley Riley (September 18, 1924-February 16, 1994) was the Democratic Governor of Arkansas for eleven days in 1975. Like Moshe Dayan of Israel, Riley wore a black eyepatch because of a wartime injury. Riley was born in Little Rock, the son of Columbus Allen Riley and the former Winnie Mae Craig.
