Robert Paul Wine Sr. (born September 17 1938, in New York City) is a former shortstop, coach and manager in Major League Baseball. An excellent fielder who struggled as a batsman, Wine spent 12 seasons in the National League with the Philadelphia Phillies (1960; 1962-68) and the Montreal Expos (1969-72), hitting .215 in 1,164 games with 30 home runs. He won the NL Gold Glove Award in 1963. Wine became a coach for the Phillies and Atlanta Braves after his playing days ended. Wikipedia
