Bobby Carpenter (born August 1, 1983 in Lancaster, Ohio) is an American football linebacker, taken from Ohio State University by the Dallas Cowboys with the 18th pick in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He is the son of former New York Giants running back Rob Carpenter. Carpenter, a LCMS Christian, played at Lancaster High School where his father is head coach.
