Brooke Timmer was born May 24, 1980, in Waterloo, Iowa. She grew up in Aplington, Iowa, and graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly in 2002. After graduation from Wartburg, Brooke traveled to New Zealand, Australia, England, Fiji, and South Korea. Brooke attended Drake University Law School, where she served as Student Bar Association President during the 2005-2006 school year. fiedlertownsend
