Bruce Allen is a Canadian music talent manager who spear-headed the charity supergroup Northern Lights, who recorded the song "Tears Are Not Enough" for the Ethiopian famine relief in 1985. Probably the most popular musicians that Allen represents are Bryan Adams and Michael Buble. Bruce hosted a popular call-in talk show in Vancouver for much of the 1990s, called SoundOff, where he delighted listeners with his sometimes abrasive, no-nonsense attitude. Wikipedia
