Bruce Shriver is a computer science academic and a consultant and entrepreneur in the area of high-performance computer systems. Shriver received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has published and lectured extensively throughout the US and abroad in the design and implementation of computer hardware and software systems. In 1990, he was made an IEEE Fellow for his work in computer systems organization and microprogramming.
