Byrne Offutt is an actor who is known for his voiceover work on TV shows on Adult Swim and other action cartoons, usually playing comic relief characters. Some of his roles include, for example, W.I.T.C.H., where he voices Uriah and Tom. Byrne was a series regular on NBC's "The Weekend."
