Carl Desmond Leone (born c.1976) is a Canadian businessman who faces a life sentence after pleading guilty in an Windsor, Ontario, Canada court to 15 counts of aggravated sexual assault for not informing his partners of his HIV status. It's believed he has been charged with exposing more women to HIV -- the virus that causes AIDS -- than anyone in Canadian history.
