Ms. Willis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Toledo and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE.) Ms. Willis is an active member of for CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) currently serves as a Board Member for CASE District V. Ms. Willis is also an active member of the Association of Fund Raising Executives and has held many offices in the Toledo Chapter of the organization including Chapter President in 2002. utoledo.edu
