Carlo Odescalchi, SJ (March 5, 1785-August 17, 1841) was an Italian cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church, and a close collaborator with Pope Pius VII. He was born in Rome to a family of nobles. His father, Baldassare, was Duke of Sirmio and a prince of the Holy Roman Empire, and his mother was named Valeria Caterina Giustiniani.
