Carlos Alberto Arroyo (born July 30 1979 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico) is Puerto Rican professional basketball player. Arroyo is the fifth player from Puerto Rico to play in the NBA. Arroyo has become arguably the most successful Puerto Rican player in NBA history.
