Carlos Eduardo Rovira (born 1956-02-18) is an Argentine Justicialist Party (PJ) politician, current governor of Misiones Province at the head of the Front for Renewal. Rovira was born in Posadas and studied chemical engineering at the National University of Misiones, later gaining a postgraduate qualification at the University of Buenos Aires.
