Thomas Carlton Bruner (born February 1, 1972) is a former long-distance freestyle swimmer from the United States, who was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He represented his native country at the 1996 Summer Olympics in his city of birth. Bruner started his swimming career at the Dynamo Swim Club.
