Caro Lucas is an Iranian scientist. Lucas first received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering (Fanni) University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran in 1973 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1976.
