Carol Stephenson is the dean of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She is a director of ING Canada and the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan. She began her career at Bell Canada. After becoming an executive at Bell, she managed Stentor as CEO. She then managed Lucent Technologies Canada from 1999 to 2003.
