Carolyn has also served on numerous civic and civil committees in Delaware city and county such as: Delaware City Park & Recreation Board for 14 1/2 years, HPC Historical Preservation Committee, Delaware Arts Castle, and others. She presently serves on the: Delaware Speech & Hearing Board of Directors (and has for seven years), the Alpha Industry Board of Directors,and Keep America Beautiful Committee.
