Cassie Compton (born July 1987) is singer/songwriter and actress who appeared on the UK TV music talent show "The X Factor". Compton finished fifth on the show in 2004 at 17 years of age. Under guidance of mentor Sharon Osbourne in the under 25s group, bookmakers had her as one of the favourites to win throughout the show.
