Celia Rodriguez was born and raised in Maracay, Venezuela. In 1993 she graduated from the Antonio Jose de Sucre University Institute of Technology with an Associate Degree in Tourism, but at the same time began to work as instructor of music in her own music kindergarten with children from 3 to 7 years of age.
