Cezaro Rossetti (1901-1950), a Scot of Italian-Swiss derivation born in Glasgow and living in Britain, was an Esperanto writer who, together with his younger brother, Reto Rossetti, learned Esperanto in 1928. He studied (in Bombay) to be a restaurant manager, worked as a cook, briefly as a peddler, and afterwards as a hawker at fairs. Wikipedia
