Chad Cota (born in 1971) is a former NFL professional American Football player, who generally played as a strong safety. He was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in 1995 and went on to play for the New Orleans Saints, Indianapolis Colts, St. Louis Rams and the Buffalo Bills. He retired in 2003.
