Chanel Joy Puaalaonali Wise (born June 14, 1985) is a beauty queen from Honolulu, Hawaii who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007. Wise won the Miss Hawaii USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in Honolulu, Hawaii on 17 December 2006.
