Charles Marvin Dalfen (born 1943) was the chairperson of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) serving from January 1, 2002 to the end of his term on December 31, 2006. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1964 from McGill University, a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from the University of Oxford in 1964, and a law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1969.
